Are You Struggling with These Food Supply Challenges?

Food and beverage transport is subject to strict hygiene, handling, and safety requirements across global supply chains, including frameworks such as the FDA's FSMA in the United States. While in daily operations, companies face a range of challenges, such as:

  • Spoilage and contamination risks from poor cooling and hygiene
  • Container damage under repeated loading and stacking
  • Inefficient tray and crate designs that slow down handling processes
  • Limited performance across different climates and transport conditions
  • Difficulty managing seasonal demand peaks and volume fluctuations
  • Maintaining cold chain integrity across multiple logistics stages

If not properly controlled, these issues can result in product loss, compliance issues, and significant financial penalties.

Improve Efficiency in High-Volume Operations

Designed for intensive handling environments, the containers feature wide side grips and reinforced interlocking structures that support stable stacking and nesting. This enables efficient manual handling and forklift transport, helping streamline loading and unloading operations.

Maintain Product Quality Throughout the Process

The ventilated trays help improve airflow during cooling and drying, helping reduce food spoilage from moisture buildup. While the beverage crates with internal support structures secure bottles in place, reducing movement and minimizing breakage caused by vibration or impact in transit.

Support Cold Storage and Year-Round Logistics

Our containers work well in cold storage and temperature-controlled environments, with material performance ranging from -25°C to 60°C. Optional UV-resistant additives can also prevent the material degradation caused by long-term sun exposure.

Enable Organized and Traceable Operations

They offer color-coded designs, branding options, RFID tags for better classification across different product types, and logistics routes. Combined with GPS tracking and temperature monitoring devices, they enable full visibility from pickup to delivery.

Container Types We Recommend

Explore our plastic perforated trays and bottle cases designed for food and beverage handling below. Built for real operational
environments, they help maintain product quality from processing and storage through to transport and delivery.

1

Foldable Crate

These foldable crates with handles are widely used for transporting fruits and vegetables. Made from 100% food-grade polypropylene, they are safe for direct food contact and resistant to moisture, insects, and mold. Optional inner dividers help protect produce from scratches and crushing during handling and transit. The ventilated sidewalls improve airflow, reducing moisture buildup and spoilage, helping extend the shelf life of fresh produce.
For added durability, all four sides are reinforced with heavy-duty nylon pin connections for frequent manual handling. When fully loaded, the crates can be stacked up to 10 layers high to maximize warehouse space and truck efficiency. They also fold down in seconds, helping reduce storage and return logistics costs during off-seasons.

2

Bale Arm Crates

Bale arm crates are food-grade plastic containers designed with hinged support arms on the sides. They are widely used in grocery distribution, agriculture, and food service operations, reducing the need for unpacking and repacking. When the support arms are raised, the crates stack securely without putting pressure on the contents inside. When folded down, the containers nest together to save storage and transport space.
Enlightening designed these crates with ventilated sidewalls and a non-slip grid base to improve airflow and provide more stable handling on wet floors. The smooth surfaces and rounded interior corners also make the crates easier to wash and sanitize, helping businesses maintain faster food logistics turnaround.

3

Plastic Nestable Crates

Our produce crates are widely used by farms and fisheries for temporary storage and cold chain transportation of fruits, vegetables, and seafood products. Featuring a tapered nesting design, the containers can be nested when empty to reduce storage space and return logistics costs. By rotating them 180 degrees, they can also be securely stacked for safe and stable transport.
Built for heavy-duty use, each crate can carry 20–30 kg loads while supporting stable stacking up to 8–10 layers high. Solid-wall and ventilated versions are also available to help retain moisture for seafood or improve airflow for fresh produce preservation.

4

Plastic Turnover Crate

These plastic crates are made from food-grade HDPE/PP, making them easy to clean, moisture-resistant, and stable from -40°C to +70°C. They are well-suited for transporting fresh produce and seafood, and for general food processing and portioning operations. Both ventilated and solid-wall options are available to meet different handling and storage requirements.
With reinforced grid ribs on the sidewalls and base, along with a wide rim design, the crates support multi-layer stacking and can be easily used with wheeled trolleys for bulk handling. Ergonomic handles are also integrated into the design, providing a secure grip and better control.

5

Plastic Bread Tray

Our plastic bakery trays are designed for storage, transport, and retail handling across the bakery supply chain. The ventilated structure promotes even cooling, helps prevent deformation, and reduces bottom marking to maintain product appearance.
They make daily cleaning and handling easier with a smooth surface and integrated handles. And they can stack securely when loaded and nest when empty to save on return logistics and storage costs.

6

Plastic Drying Tray

Plastic drying trays are widely used in industrial food processing for dehydration, storage, and freezing applications, such as gummies, capsules, and herbs. Their fully open grid design enables efficient airflow, allowing items to dry quickly and evenly.
Despite their lightweight structure, these trays can support loads of up to 15 kg and are suitable for multi-layer stacking. This is achieved through reinforced corners, strengthened side walls, and a diagonally ribbed base structure. They allow tray spacing adjustment with removable legs and are compatible with pallet racks, trolleys, and wheeled carts for bulk handling.

7

Plastic Beverage Crates

Our partitioned beer crates are widely used in breweries, farms, and supermarkets. They can hold 6 to 40 bottles or cans, with capacities ranging from 250 ml to 1.5 L. With a reinforced ribbed structure, each crate supports a load of approximately 30 to 50 kg and is suitable for multi-layer vertical stacking.
In addition, these drink crates can be used at temperatures as low as -25°C, helping maintain beer cooling or milk freshness during cold storage and transport. The open-grid bottom allows efficient drainage of condensation from chilled bottles, helping keep labels dry and intact.
