Modular Structure of Collapsible Pallet Pack Containers

Our bulk sleeve pack containers are designed to replace bulky wooden pallets and large, limited-use corrugated boxes in long-term operations.
They consist of a durable plastic pallet base, a plastic top lid, and a foldable honeycomb corrugated sleeve wall that can be quickly assembled and securely locked into place. When not in use, the sleeve wall can be folded in an M or Z pattern and stored between the lid and pallet, improving storage efficiency and ease of handling.
Even when fully loaded, the containers offer load-bearing capacity and stable stackability for repeated storage and transport operations.

Manufacturing Process of Plastic Sleeve Pallet Boxes
