  Molding Process Monitoring

  Key parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cooling time are closely controlled to guarantee consistent production quality.

• 

  Burrs Trimming

  After molding, experienced workers will trim excess plastic edges and burrs to ensure a smooth surface and safe use.

• 

  Visual Inspection

  Products are checked for warping, air bubbles, color inconsistency, cracks, and other surface defects.

• 

  Dimension Checks

  Critical dimensions are randomly inspected using calipers to maintain precise tolerances.

Performance Testing
