Built to Support Every Step of the Production Flow

Our containers are used throughout manufacturing workflows to support raw material storage, line-side delivery, WIP handling,

and finished goods staging. See how they help improve material organization, processing speed,

and internal handling flow across the factory.

Raw Material Storage
Before production starts, manufacturers need a reliable way to keep incoming parts sorted, protected, and ready for production. Our foldable and solid-wall pallet containers help with that. They manage metal components, rubber parts, fasteners, sheets, and other inputs. Their stackable designs and standardized four-way entry base make warehouse areas easier to organize and materials ready to be handled by forklift, pallet jack, or AGV.

Line Side Storage
In most automotive, home appliance, and electronics facilities, parts move between storage areas, production lines, assembly stations, and return loops, and identification gets less reliable. Our containers, such as parts bins, help manufacturers deliver materials to each station by model or process step. Their front opening allows quick part picking, replenishment, and line-side organization easily. They also provide options such as labels and RFID to keep material flow visible and predictable.

WIP Handling Between Processes
In this stage, our turnover boxes and attached-lid containers help hold small semi-finished parts between machining, molding, assembly, and inspection. Liners can be added when fragile or surface-sensitive parts need extra protection. For larger semi-assembled parts, pallet wip bins support stable batch movement by forklift, trolley, or AGV between work areas. Smooth inner surfaces and reinforced walls help protect parts during internal transfer, reducing scratches and edge damage before the next production stage.

Finished Goods Storage and Warehousing
After production, our reinforced bulk pallet containers are used to store heavy finished goods in staging areas and warehouses. Built with ribbed walls and optional 2–12 reinforcing bars, they can handle heavy loads, with a static load capacity of up to 4 tons and a dynamic load capacity of up to 1 ton. Their stackable structure supports 5–8 layers, helping factories make better use of vertical warehouse space. Standardized dimensions, four-way forklift entry, and clear label areas also make the containers easier to move, lift to storage racks, scan, and manage within warehouse systems.

Outbound Loading
When finished goods are ready to leave the warehouse, our containers can be moved directly from storage areas or racks to the loading dock by forklift. The pallet base allows operators to pick up the container from different sides, making loading easier in narrow warehouse aisles or busy dock areas. For heavy finished parts, the reinforced structure helps loads remain stable during lifting, staging, and truck loading. And they can be folded to save space after unloading in return logistics.

Recommended Container Types for Manufacturing Operations

Below are the container types we recommend for raw material storage to finished goods staging. Each one is

designed to fit your workflow and keep the items organized, protected, and easy to move.

1

Collapsible Bulk Containers

Our folding plastic pallet boxes are used for storing heavy parts, raw materials, and finished goods in manufacturing. They feature hinged side walls with drop-down doors, allowing quick assembly and easier part loading and unloading. When empty, the boxes can be folded and stacked to save around 70% of the warehouse space.

Made from high-strength plastic, these containers also feature a stackable structure and a four-way entry pallet base. We can add 2–12 metal reinforcing bars in the bin structure to improve load capacity. This allows them to carry large volumes of parts and be moved quickly and steadily by forklift.

2

Rigid Pallet Containers

These pallet containers are best suited for storing irregular hardware, parts, and heavier materials that need to move between workshops and warehouses. They feature non-collapsible reinforced frames, solid walls, and bases. That helps the container maintain its shape under heavy loads and reduces the risk of losing small parts during handling.

To meet different material storage needs, we offer fixed-wall containers in a range of sizes and heights, including the standard 1200 × 1000 × 760 mm model. With a pallet base, these containers can be safely moved by forklift, pallet truck, or AGV between receiving areas, production lines, inspection zones, warehouses, and loading docks.

3

Pallet Sleeve Container

Our sleeve packs come with double-layer lids, steel reinforcements (optional), hollow honeycomb sleeves, and a nine-leg pallet base. They can carry heavy parts and items repeatedly while keeping the structure stable. The hollow sleeve design helps reduce container weight, making material transfer and high-bay storage easier.

For electronics, anti-static or conductive additives can be added to the sleeve walls to meet ESD protection requirements. We also offer custom inner dividers to help separate products and reduce scratches or impact during transport. When empty, the sleeve can be folded and stored between the lid and pallet, saving up to 85% of return transport and storage space.

Plastic Parts Bins

Our plastic parts bins are used to store, sort, and move small parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, clips, and electronic components. The open-front design allows operators to pick parts directly from shelves, workbenches, or line-side stations without removing the bin.

These bins can be stacked, placed on shelves or cabinets, or mounted on louvered panels and rail systems to make better use of workshop space. Side interlocks allow multiple bins to connect, helping reduce shifting or tipping during stacking and batch transport. Label areas and optional clear lids support part identification and help keep dust out during storage.

Attached Lid Containers

Our ALC containers are lidded plastic totes designed for automated conveyor systems and small-part handling. Captive-hinged "alligator" lids help speed up packing while keeping parts contained and protected from dust during transport.

Made from durable HDPE or PP, they feature a reinforced frame and can be fitted with an internal metal lid frame for added strength. Molded handles with non-slip grips make manual handling easier and safer. When loaded, the containers can be stacked 6–7 layers high and moved in batches on wheeled bases; when empty, they nest to save warehouse space.

Plastic Turnover Boxes

Our plastic turnover boxes are used to store, move, and restock parts, components, and raw materials inside the factory. Standard footprints and rounded corners make them suitable for AGV, ASRS, and AMR systems, allowing materials to move smoothly through automated workflows.

With stackable structures, reinforced edges, and optional anti-slip bottoms, these boxes help protect parts during handling while saving storage space. For finished goods or sorted components, the boxes can also be fitted with RFID tags to support classification, tracking, and mixed-part management.
