Insect Farming Tray Systems

Our Insect Farming Tray Systems are made from durable PP with ventilated sides and stackable designs for efficient insect rearing. Available in 600 × 400 mm and 800 × 600 mm sizes, they support mealworms, BSF larvae, crickets, and other commercial insect farming applications.

The chemical inertness of PP protects against the insect feed, moisture, pH changes, and enzyme by‑products without warping or degrading. It remains strong in temperate farming environments. Microbial locking and cleaning/sanitization is simple. It is easy to handle and stack, heavy-duty, and can withstand damage under weight.

Improved Larval Development Environment:

The walls of the Insect Farming Tray Systems are relatively low, which increases the area for air circulation and helps promote the growth and development of insects. Its function is to maintain the oxygen content and reduce the accumulation of toxic gases such as ammonia.

Scalability & Space Utilization:

The Insect Farming Tray Systems stacking system can stack up to 10 layers, maximizing the use of vertical space and enabling the farm to increase production capacity without expanding the facility's floor area.

Working Efficiency:

The sturdy material and smooth surface can significantly reduce the cleaning time. They can withstand a cleaning temperature of 90℃ and the impact of high-pressure water guns, even after repeated cleaning and extensive use.

Compatibility With Automation:

The size is 600*400*145mm. Dimensionally consistent trays support automated stacking, conveying, and feeding systems, enhancing labor efficiency and enabling precise control of environmental factors.
