Product Advantages

1. PP Honeycomb Triple-Wall Sleeve
The honeycomb core adds structural strength to the PP sleeve, improving resistance to compression and impact while keeping the sleeve relatively lightweight.

2. Anti-Slip Feet and 4-Way Access
The PP pallet base is designed with anti-slip feet for stable stacking and handling. Four-way forklift and hand pallet truck entry allows the assembled box to be moved easily in warehouse and logistics operations.

3. Collapsible Design and Return Efficiency
When empty, the sleeve can be folded down to a collapsed height of about 250 mm, compared with the standard 1000 mm assembled height. This reduces the space needed for empty storage and return transport.

Approximately 65–70 sets of 1200 × 1000 mm sleeve boxes can be loaded into a 40HQ container, depending on the sleeve height, folding method, and final packing configuration.

Normally, 7-15 working days are needed after a deposit for standard sizes; customised heights or colours may require more time.

Logistics service:

Supports EXW pick-up, FOB at main ports, CIF at destination ports, and DDP at some countries through cooperative forwarders.
