Plastic Bulk Containers

Plastic Bulk Containers are one of the types of large containers used for bulk storage, transportation, material handling and distribution applications in both food and non-food industries. Plastic pallet boxes are known as plastic bulk boxes, mega bins, plastic pallet bins, plastic stillages and large bulk containers.

Plastic pallet boxes are available in two types: Vented Wall and Solid Wall. The standard size is 1200 x 1000mm. Runners on the bottom ensure the box can be moved by forklift and manual pallet jack. The unfolded plastic pallet box can also be storage on pallet racking and the racking load is up to 1 t and the box can also stack 5 high with 500kg fully loaded in each box.

• Material: Made of food-grade HDPE, it complies with FDA standards, is sturdy and durable, with a service life of 5 to 10 years. It is suitable for use in the food industry and is 100% recyclable.

• Pallet: The bottom of the Plastic Bulk Container is equipped with an integrated pallet, featuring four-way forklift access, and is compatible with forklifts and hand-pushed tray jacks.

• Side wall: The side wall and the bottom are both designed with ventilation grids. The bottom also has built-in drainage holes, which can quickly remove moisture and keep the interior of the container dry.

• Strength: The side walls have four reinforcing ribs, which can effectively prevent the container from deforming. This enables the static load capacity of Plastic Bulk Containers to reach up to 4000kg, and the dynamic load capacity to be as high as 1000kg.

• Durability: Capable of withstanding extreme temperatures, functioning normally within the range of -30℃ to +60℃, and the cleaning temperature can reach up to 90℃.

• Stacking: The interlocking design at the bottom of the Plastic Bulk Containers enables them to be stacked stably. The lighter the weight, the more stacking layers can be achieved.
