Standard 400 × 300 mm Footprint

The modular 400 × 300 mm footprint supports organized pallet loading and shelving. Eight crates can fit in one layer on a 1200 × 800 mm Euro pallet under a suitable arrangement.

It is suitable for thin-wall designs and provides good dimensional control for hinges and locking parts, while the smooth surface is easy to clean for regular warehouse and indoor logistics use.

2. HDPE: Suitable for Low-Temperature Applications

HDPE can be considered when folding crates are used in cold storage, fresh food distribution, cold-chain transport or outdoor handling. Compared with standard indoor applications, these conditions require closer attention to impact resistance, wall rigidity, hinge and locking performance, stacking deformation and long-term creep.
